MINSK, 20 April (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko is set to undertake a number of working trips across Belarus in the coming week, the Belarus 1 TV channel informed, BelTA reports.

“A series of working trips are planned. The president will spend the entire week traveling. And the traditional 'Chernobyl trip' is also in the president's schedule,” the news channel informed.

The journalists specified that the head of state plans to visit Mogilev Oblast. According to Head of the Belarus President Administration Dmitry Krutoi, Aleksandr Lukashenko wants to comprehensively inspect three regions.

“It is no secret that Mogilev Oblast trails behind other regions when it comes to dairy farming. In the winter, we teamed up with the governor and experts to draft a development program until 2030 for absolutely all agricultural enterprises, all livestock facilities and complexes. We plan to brief the president about the outlines of this program that will become an important element of the regional five-year program for Mogilev Oblast,” said Dmitry Krutoi.
