MINSK, 6 September (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko will hold a meeting to discuss citizenship legislation and amnesty on 6 September, BelTA has learned.
According to the Pul Pervogo Telegram channel, the bill to amend the citizenship legislation is designed to dot the i's and cross the t's in citizenship laws.
“A possible amnesty in the run-up to the Day of People's Unity will also be discussed,” the Telegram channel added.
