MOGILEV, 5 November (BelTA) – While talking to Mogilev residents on 5 November Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko spoke about the local enterprise Mogilevkhimvolokno, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Lukashenko noted: “We will help but it is time for you to stand on your own feet already. Mogilevkhimvolokno should work, too. You've demolished the artificial fiber plant but it was my command: build housing over there. But Mogilevkhimvolokno should work harder and it is already starting to.”
In his words, the enterprise needs to completely retool its manufacturing facilities, the relevant projects are already available. It is also important from the point of view of job creation. “It is necessary to move in this direction however hard it can be. I will be there soon,” the president warned the managers of the enterprise, who were present during the meeting. “It is a Mogilev brand, it is unavoidable. But certainly it is necessary to make manufacturing processes as clean as possible.”
