MINSK, 31 October (BelTA) – It is necessary to pass an international document on cyber non-aggression. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the statement during the 2nd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security on 31 October, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Lukashenko remarked that in the cybersphere an entire industry develops without oversight. It focuses on creating and deploying malicious solutions that result in consequences on a global scale. “It is necessary to adopt an international legal act on cyber non-aggression, which provides for refusing to use this weapon against one another and for forming a system to oversee its development and use,” the president stressed.
