MINSK, 2 December (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, as the country celebrates National Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The head of state noted with satisfaction that Belarus and the UAE have built the relations of mutual understanding and productive cooperation.
Alexander Lukashenko expressed hope that joint efforts of two countries will make bilateral ties increasingly vibrant.
The Belarusian President has also sent greetings to Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and UAE Prime Minister, Emir of Dubai Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
