MINSK, 5 June (BelTA) - Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to the people of Denmark as the country celebrates Constitution Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“The Basic Law of every state enshrines the principles of its democratic development and serves as a reliable foundation for stability, peace, and social harmony. Not long ago, it was exactly on this basis of constitutional guidelines that we had successfully cooperated in the political, trade, economic, humanitarian, and other sectors. Unfortunately, today contacts have been brought down to a minimum. I hope that in the near future, the pragmatic Belarusian and Danish peoples will return to full-fledged dialogue for the benefit of both countries. Despite the fact that our states belong to different integration unions, Minsk is ready to make every effort in this direction,” the message of greetings runs.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished the people of Denmark prosperity and confidence in the future.
