
MINSK, 8 August (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent condolences to President John Dramani Mahama of Ghana over the tragic helicopter crash in northwestern Ghana that killed ministers and other government officials, BelTA learned from the Belarusian leader’s press service.
“It is with deep sorrow that Belarus learned of the helicopter crash that killed government members and famous statespersons in northwestern Ghana,” the message reads.
Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that these patriots and their contribution to national sovereignty and sustainable development will never be forgotten.
The Belarusian president expressed deep condolences to the president of Ghana and the entire nation and offered words of support to the bereaved families.
