MINSK, 14 July (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent condolences to the family and friends of People's Artist of the Russian Federation Alexander Mitta, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“Alexander Mitta, a remarkably talented film director, actor and screenwriter, has passed away. The works created by Alexander Mitta set an example of the highest art and earned a place in the Soviet and Russian cinema Hall of Fame. He generously shared his experience and invaluable knowledge with young people, was an example of devotion to art. The blessed memory of him will always live in our hearts,” the message of condolences read.
