MINSK, 17 January (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to People's Artist of Russia Igor Nikolayev, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“Thanks to your versatile poetic and composing talent, great singing skills, you have added bright pages to the chronicle of modern music art,” the head of state remarked. “Your songs are full of deep feelings and lyricism, they are close and understandable for people from different countries and of different generations.”
“People in Belarus appreciate your creative work. It has a special place in the music culture. Your dedication is an example for young artists,” Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed.
The president wished Igor Nikolayev strong health, inspiration and many interesting meetings with grateful audience.
