MINSK, 1 March (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent greetings to Director of the Russian Federal Guard Service (FSO) Dmitry Kochnev to congratulate him on his 60th birthday, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
"For many years, you have been faithfully serving the Motherland, making a significant contribution to strengthening the security of the Russian Federation, which is especially relevant in our difficult time," the congratulatory message says. “Today, people in uniform are in the forefront, bearing a special responsibility for ensuring order and stability. I am convinced that under your leadership, the Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation is solving the tasks assigned to it in a smooth and effective way."
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Dmitry Kochnev good health, happiness and prosperity, success in all endeavors and undertakings.
