MINSK, 19 August (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No.315 on canceling grounds for applying reduced rates on 19 August, the press service of the head of state told BelTA.
In line with the document presidential decree No.358 on stimulating sales of goods of 11 August 2011 will become invalid as from 31 August 2021. That decree granted zero VAT on goods, which are imported by authorized economic operators to Belarus provided these operators export the goods later on.
