MINSK, 19 February (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed decrees to confer special and military ranks to several officers, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
The special rank of Major General of Police was conferred upon Colonel Andrei Parshin.
Colonels Vladimir Bely, Sergei Lagodyuk and Valery Revenko were promoted to the rank of Major General.
