MINSK, 4 December (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No.453 on 4 December to approve a draft agreement between Belarus and Russia on security guarantees within the framework of the Union State of Belarus and Russia as the basis for negotiations, the press service of the head of state told BelTA.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement.
