MINSK, 19 July (BelTA) - Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to Japanese Emperor Naruhito over a fire in an animation studio in the Japanese city of Kyoto that claimed numerous lives, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
According to the head of state, it was with great sorrow that Belarus had learned the news about the tragedy.
“On behalf of the Belarusian people and myself I would like to express my deepest condolences to you, the loved ones of the victims and wish prompt recovery to those injured,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
