ASTANA, 28 November (BelTA) - Multipolarity is a historical inevitability, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at the CSTO summit in Astana on 28 November, BelTA has learned.
According to the head of state, less than a month ago Belarus hosted the 2nd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security. “This is a forum designed to demonstrate the real desire of the states of our continent to change life for the better. Multipolarity is a historical inevitability,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
In his words, the idea of the Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity in the 21st century proposed by Belarus is aimed at the formation of a just world order based on the principles of equality, sovereignty, indivisibility of security and respect for the diversity of development paths.
