MINSK, 27 March (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko warned Dmitry Matusevich that his new role as deputy head of the Belarus President Administration will be a ‘hot seat’, BelTA has learned.
“The work here is no harder than your current one [Dmitry Matusevich has until now been Chairman of the State Property Committee]. But it's a hot frying pan, as I say. Things are not easy here. The work is no harder, but there is more power and more responsibility. And it is not clear when you will be taken to task and because of whom, to be honest,” the head of state said.
In general, he noted that Dmitry Matusevich is not a newcomer and wished him success in his new position.
