ORSHA DISTRICT, 21 June (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko drew attention to the topic of land reclamation during a working trip to Orsha District on 21 June, BelTA has learned.
"Mr Zayats [Deputy Prime Minister Leonid Zayats] is well aware of this problem. I need him to make a proposal on how we will proceed with land reclamation this year. We need to determine the sources of financing, the proportion, volumes," the president said.
"It's a very big problem. Separately, we need to talk about land reclamation. This is the most important issue," Aleksandr Lukashenko added.
