MINSK, 31 October (BelTA) - Half the world has been hit by illegal sanctions, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he addressed the 2nd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security on 31 October, BelTA learned.
"Half the world is subject to illegal sanctions. Illegitimate restrictions have paralyzed entire sectors of the economy. The right to private property has been abolished. State assets have been arrested and sovereign financial resources brazenly stolen. Gas pipelines blown up, access to the sea blocked," Aleksandr Lukashenko cited some of the threats in economy.
