MINSK, 18 June (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to healthcare workers on a professional holiday - Medical Workers Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
“We are sincerely proud of our medical workers who have all the qualities to make a good healthcare professional: high competence and boundless empathy,” the message reads.
The head of state addressed words of gratitude to doctors, nurses, doctor's assistants, junior medical personnel, laboratory workers and public health specialists, researchers and pharmacists for their selfless work.
“People can entrust their health and life to you anytime. Tens of thousands of foreign patients choose Belarus for diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation because they trust you. I am convinced that the continuity of generations, the preservation of the noble traditions of national medicine and your constant striving for self-improvement will make a substantial contribution to healthcare development in Belarus,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
The president wished healthcare workers professional success, great happiness and good health. “May you always be surrounded by reliable and dear people,” the head of state added.
