Lukashenko extends Independence Day greetings to Uganda

MINSK, 9 October (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda as the country celebrates Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“I hope for further active development of traditionally friendly Belarusian-Ugandan relations for the benefit of the two nations,” the message of greetings says.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished strong health, happiness and every success to Yoweri Museveni and peace and wellbeing to the people of Uganda.
