MINSK, 1 April (BelTA) – The East Slavic civilization needs support today more than ever, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he presented the Union State Award in Science and Technology 2021 in Minsk on 1 April, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished the scientists outstanding success in their future activities in the name of the peoples of Belarus and Russia, "in the name of the future, or if you wish, our East Slavic civilization. This civilization needs support today more than ever. We need to preserve it," he stressed. "May your ideas always be ahead of the curve!"
