Lukashenko demands impeccable dairy complexes in Belarus within three years

SHKLOV, 9 August (BelTA) – In three years all the dairy complexes, which are being built and modernized in Belarus, should be immaculate. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko formulated the relevant task during a government conference held in Shklov on 9 August, BelTA has learned.

Aleksandr Lukashenko said: “Complexes, more complexes, and complexes all the way. You have to forget these farms. Three years is the deadline. All the dairy complexes should be as good as new. All of them should be built. There are not that many people. They want to live in normal homes and work at modern complexes. We’ve adopted this program. It needs to be implemented.”

This is why Aleksandr Lukashenko demanded that more attention should be paid to the availability of forage for the animal husbandry industry in order to prevent the loss of cattle and ensure efficient and profitable production. “Out of the question. If you pile up forage or put it into trenches, it is a bad practice. You have to store forage properly,” the head of state urged.
