MINSK, 25 March (BelTA) – In the next five years Belarus must gain momentum to sustain a long journey, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said during the inauguration ceremony at the Palace of Independence on 25 March, BelTA has learned.
"We are looking beyond the horizon. We are doing our utmost so that our children and grandchildren, and then their children and grandchildren, can live in a peaceful and prosperous state and on their own land. In the next five years we must gain enough strength and momentum to sustain a long journey. Time has chosen us for this very purpose!" the Belarusian leader emphasized.
