Lukashenko approves new ministerial appointments 

MINSK, 22 May (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved new ministerial appointments, BelTA learned.

Svetlana Korotkevich will take the post of deputy minister of antimonopoly regulation and trade. Until now, she worked as head of sales and marketing at an enterprise in Gomel.

Andrei Karas has been promoted to the post of the first deputy forestry minister. Previously, he headed the National Forest Breeding and Seed Center.

Igor Malashevich will take the post of deputy forestry minister. Until now, he was in charge of the Economy and Investment Department at the Forestry Ministry.

Vladislav Dolgy and Konstantin Anoshenko will take these posts of deputy energy ministers. The first one worked as director of the Minsk Cable Networks branch at the Minskenergo company. The latter was head of the Department of Strategic Development and External Investment Cooperation at the Energy Ministry.

The nomination of Vadim Shepelevich has been approved to the post of manager of the Social Security Fund of the Labor and Social Security Ministry. Until now, he worked as deputy manager in the same agency.
