MINSK, 8 January (BelTA) - On 8 January, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 13 to create additional conditions for the effective functioning of the business and cultural complex of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.

The document amends Decree No. 359 "On the Business and Cultural Complex of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation" of 18 July 2014. It expands the opportunities of government bodies to attract popular creative groups and performers to participate in cultural events hosted by the complex, which will allow for a more diverse representation of Belarusian culture abroad.
