MINSK, 7 May (BelTA) - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam has been awarded the Order of Friendship of Peoples. The corresponding decree was signed by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
To Lam has been honored for his services to the development and strengthening of friendly relations and strategic partnership between Belarus and Vietnam.
