MINSK, 21 September (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed a decree and an order to award the Medal for Labor Merits and the Letter of Commendation to a number of heads and employees of various institutions for their significant contribution to the implementation of state policy aimed at protecting the sovereignty, ensuring stability and security of the Republic of Belarus, consolidation of the Belarusian society, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The Medal for Labor Merits was bestowed upon Dean of Philosophy and Social Sciences Faculty of Belarusian State University Vadim Gigin, head of EcooM analytical center, member of the board of the public association Union of Writers of Belarus Sergei Musienko, and director of the information and educational institution Actual Concept Aleksandr Shpakovsky.
The Letter of Commendation of the President of the Republic of Belarus was given to senior researcher of the internal political analysis department of the internal policy department of the Belarusian Institute of Strategic Research Aleksei Avdonin, political scientist, director of the City Translation Center Vadim Borovik, and researcher of the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Aleksei Dzermant.
