MINSK, 3 January (BelTA) - Major General Viktor Lisovsky has been relieved of the post of Deputy Chief of the Joint Staff of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the corresponding decree on 3 January, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
