Commander-in-Chief of Libyan National Army Haftar to meet with Lukashenko

 

MINSK, 18 February (BelTA) – Field Marshal and Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan National Army Khalifa Belqasim Haftar has arrived at the Palace of Independence for a meeting with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, BelTA has learned.

The Libyan military leader came to Belarus on a visit yesterday evening.

During the visit Khalifa Haftar will focus on interaction between Libya and Belarus in the humanitarian and social avenues and also economic cooperation.
