MINSK, 4 March (BelTA) - A resonant and widely expected interview by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko with U.S. blogger Mario Nawfal will be broadcast on the night of 4-5 March, Minsk time. BelTA will show and tell all the details.
The one and a half hour interview took place on Thursday, 27 February. Some excerpts have already become public. Aleksandr Lukashenko gives direct and frank answers to many questions about the difficult current situation in the world, the prospects for the end of the war in Ukraine, the policy of the new U.S. Administration and President Donald Trump personally. The Belarusian head of state also spoke about Russia’s position on a number of matters, his talks with Vladimir Putin and his upcoming visit to Moscow.
The interview will premiere on X at 00.20 on 5 March (Minsk time). The version of the interview with English subtitles will come out on BelTA’s YouTube channel almost in real time. The interview will be broadcast on the First News TV channel in the morning of 5 March.
