
MINSK, 5 August (BelTA) - Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved a draft intergovernmental agreement with Nepal to eliminate visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official, and service passports. The head of state signed corresponding Decree No.296, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The draft agreement will serve as the foundation for bilateral negotiations. The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been authorized to conduct talks and sign the final document if consensus is reached within the approved framework.
