Volfovich, Vulin discuss security cooperation 

MINSK, 31 October (BelTA) – State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich has met with Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin, BelTA has learned.

“I am happy to welcome you to Minsk, to the hospitable Belarusian soil. I want to thank you for accepting our invitation to visit Belarus, to hold this bilateral meeting, and to participate in the 2nd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security. Such events are necessary and very relevant today. They give platform to those countries that want peace, security, and a predictable future,” said Aleksandr Volfovich.

Aleksandar Vulin noted that the friendship between Serbia and Belarus is unbreakable, despite multiple challenges. “Thank you for the opportunity to speak at the security conference. It means a lot for Serbia to be able to address such a respectable and honorable audience. Thank you for giving Serbia the opportunity to speak out,” he emphasized.

Aleksandr Volfovich and Aleksandar Vulin exchanged views on topical issues of the regional and international agenda, bilateral contacts at the international level in the field of security. The discussion covered a number of issues related to Belarus-Serbia cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats, as well as joint efforts to ensure regional and international security.
