MINSK, 4 February (BelTA) – Belarusian Ambassador to Nigeria Vyacheslav Bril met with the country's Controller General of Fire Service Liman Alhaji Ibrahim in the Nigerian capital, Abuja, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Nigeria.
The ambassador handed over a commercial proposal for the supply of Belarusian-made fire rescue equipment to the Nigerian side. The parties also discussed the training of Nigerian specialists from the Federal Fire Service in Belarus.
Ambassador Vyacheslav Bril gave the Controller General an invitation to visit Belarus to get familiar with the production of firefighting and rescue equipment and capabilities and technical equipment of the Emergences Ministry in the field of emergency prevention and response.
