MINSK, 19 May (BelTA) - Chairman of the House of Representatives Igor Sergeyenko took part in the meeting of Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov with heads of the parliamentary delegations of the CSTO member states, BelTA learned from the press service of the House of Representatives.
During the meeting, the parties discussed regional security, ways of strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation and further development of cooperation within the CSTO.
As BelTA has reported earlier, the Belarusian delegation led by Speaker of the House of Representatives Igor Sergeyenko comprises Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives Standing Committee on National Security, Chairman of the CSTO PA Standing Committee on Social, Economic and Legal Affairs Ruslan Kosygin, Chairman of the House of Representatives Standing Committee, member of the CSTO PA Standing Committee on Political Affairs and International Cooperation Sergei Rachkov.
