MOSCOW, 22 September (BelTA) – The Commission on Economic Policy of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus-Russia Union State will hold a video conference in Minsk and Moscow on 28 September, BelTA learned from the press service of the Parliamentary Assembly.
“The participants of the meeting will take stock of the efforts of the commission to establish a common science and technology space in the Union State, as well as plans to draft a tentative list of priority science, technology and innovative programs and projects to be developed, approved and implemented in the Union State. In addition, they are set to discuss the formation and utilization of the Union State budget, the development of new concepts for the Union State programs,” the press service noted.
Taking part in the video conference will also be representatives of the Standing Committee of the Union State, the State Committee on Science and Technology of Belarus, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.
