MINSK, 24 May (BelTA) – The next meeting of the CIS Heads of
Government Council is to be held in Russia on 7-8 November, Secretary
General of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Sergei Lebedev
said at the CIS Heads of Government Council meeting in Ashgabat, TASS
reports.
The CIS
secretary general added that during the meeting in Ashgabat, the heads
of government of the CIS countries reviewed economic cooperation in the
CIS. “It was a meaningful and very engaged conversation,” he
emphasized.
“At the proposal of the Russian Federation, the next
meeting of the CIS Heads of Government Council will be held in the
Russian Federation on 7-8 November 2024,” he said.
