MOSCOW, 24 August (BelTA) – Representatives of the defense ministries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization member states have exchanged opinions about cutting-edge military products, the press service of the CSTO Joint Staff told BelTA after Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff, Colonel-General Anatoly Sidorov took part in events of the international military technology forum Army 2021. The forum is taking place in Moscow Oblast.
According to the source, Anatoly Sidorov took part in routine meetings with representatives of the defense ministries of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. The sides exchanged opinions about the cutting-edge military products represented during the forum, including high defense parameters of certain military and special hardware samples. Matters of interaction for the sake of improving the CSTO collective security system were discussed.
As he visited the forum, Anatoly Sidorov noted that it is impossible to ensure military security of the CSTO member states without tight and constructive military technology cooperation between partners in the Collective Security Treaty Organization. In his words, the international military technology forum Army 2021 offers excellent conditions for effective integration in this direction.
