MPs provide maximum assistance to development of Belarus-Africa relations

MINSK, 29 October (BelTA) – Belarusian MPs provide every possible assistance to the development of relations with Africa, Anatoly Bulavko, member of the Standing Committee on National Security of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, told the media on the sidelines of the international forum “Africa: Legal Aspects of Doing Business” on 29 October, BelTA has learned.

“The issues of interaction with the African continent are a priority in the activities of our state. MPs understand very well the importance of this area and provide maximum assistance by ratifying various kinds of legislative acts on cooperation with African states. We understand very well that Africa is the future, and we are very pleased that we have certain successes in this area,” Anatoly Bulavko said. He added that the developed regulatory legal framework would facilitate business contacts, the exchange of experience and competencies.

The international forum “Africa: Legal Aspects of Doing Business” became a platform for discussing topical issues, including legal aspects of contracts, investment risks and protection of entrepreneurs' rights. It gathered more than 240 participants, including foreign speakers.
