Belarus-EU cooperation expected to intensify

MINSK, 2 March (BelTA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Vladimir Makei expects that the all-round cooperation with the European Union will intensify. He made the statement when talking to reporters at the 17th Assembly of the Business Circles of Belarus, BelTA has learned.

“The fact that the majority of sanctions have been lifted from Belarus gives us an opportunity to develop all-round cooperation with the EU. I think that in the near future we will make concrete steps to improve our dialogue with European partners,” Vladimir Makei stressed.

The Belarusian Entrepreneurship Week takes place from 29 February to 4 March. The 17th Assembly of the Business Circles of Belarus is the key event.
