MINSK, 10 July (BelTA) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur, TASS reported.
The top diplomats held talks on the sidelines of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) events.
Last time the diplomats met in the Saudi capital of Riyadh during the February negotiations between Russian and U.S. delegations.
