MINSK, 23 January (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Kazakhstan Pavel Utyupin met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu on 21 January, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between Belarus and Kazakhstan. They noted the positive dynamics of the Belarus-Kazakhstan relations in all areas and emphasized the existing significant potential for further expansion of interaction.
On behalf of Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Murat Nurtleu presented outgoing Ambassador Pavel Utyupin with a letter of commendation for his fruitful and active work, his great contribution to strengthening friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries. The Kazakh foreign minister also expressed his gratitude to the ambassador for his many years of work and significant contribution to the strengthening of bilateral ties between Belarus and Kazakhstan.
