MINSK, 4 March (BelTA) – I am impressed by the level of technological development and industrial capabilities of Belarus, Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Belarus Yerlan Baizhanov said during a meeting with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko in Minsk on 4 March, BelTA has learned.
"It is a great honor for me to meet with you," the ambassador said as he addressed the Belarusian head of state. "I regard this as a special sign of your personal attention to the bilateral agenda and relations with Kazakhstan."
Speaking about his impressions of Belarus which he garnered during his trips around the country since he took office as head of the diplomatic mission in August 2023, the ambassador stressed:"I have very serious impressions, first of all, of the technological development, industrial capabilities of Belarus and, of course, of the people. Everyone, from chief engineers to ordinary workers, all want to move forward, including in terms of cooperation with Kazakhstan."
