MOSCOW, 25 November (BelTA) - A joint meeting of the CSTO Foreign Ministers Council, the CSTO Defense Ministers Council, the CSTO Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils, and a session of the CSTO Collective Security Council will be held in Astana on 28 November, BelTA learned from the CSTO press service.
Kyrgyzstan is set to inform on the priorities of its presidency in the CSTO in 2025.
“The agenda of the meetings envisages an exchange of views on the military and political situation in the regions of collective security, discussion of the results of cooperation within the CSTO and prospects for further development of the collective security system. Special attention will be paid to the preparation for the joint celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War,” the press service said.
