Belarusian ambassador presents credentials to Serbian president

MINSK, 4 February (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus Sergei Malinovsky presented credentials to Serbia President Aleksandar Vucic the other day, BelTA has learned.

As part of the ceremony the head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission talked to the Serbian head of state. Prospects of invigorating Belarus-Serbia political dialogue were discussed as well as topical aspects of Belarus-Serbia interaction with a focus on the possible expansion of economic ties, including taking into account the development programs both countries have. The mutual interest of Belarus and Serbia in tighter cooperation across the board was stressed.
