MINSK, 4 February (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Korea Andrei Chernetsky presented his credentials to South Korean President Moon Jae-in, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In a conversation with the president, Ambassador Andrei Chernetsky stressed the importance of developing bilateral projects in ICT, science and technology, digital transformation, which the two countries have implemented for the past 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations. The Belarusian ambassador also drew attention to the need to further the bilateral ties in innovation, biotechnology, energy and infrastructure development, and cooperation towards achieving carbon neutrality and food security.
