Belarusian ambassador presents copy of credentials to Dominican FM

MINSK, 29 April (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Cuba Valery Baranovsky presented the copy of his credentials to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic Roberto Alvarez in an online ceremony, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the conversation, the parties stressed the positive dynamics of the trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and the Dominican Republic. The parties emphasized that developing an appropriate legal framework, establishing a dialogue between the chambers of commerce and industry and exchanging visits of business delegations will contribute to the further growth of the Belarusian-Dominican trade.

Congratulating the Belarusian ambassador on his appointment, Roberto Alvarez expressed hope for fruitful cooperation between the two states in various fields.

Valery Baranovsky is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Cuba and concurrently to the Dominican Republic.
