Belarusian ambassador attends Space Museum opening in Myanmar’s Yangon

MINSK, 2 December (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Vietnam and concurrently to Myanmar Vladimir Borovikov took part in the official opening ceremony of the Space Museum in Yangon on 30 November, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Among the participants were Acting President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commission Min Aung Hlaing, officials from central and local government bodies, as well as heads of diplomatic missions of India, China, and Russia.

Vladimir Borovikov held a brief conversation with the leader of Myanmar, confirming the Belarusian side’s commitment to the full implementation of all agreements reached during the official visit of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 27-28 November 2025. The Belarusian ambassador also signed the Book of Distinguished Guests.
