MINSK, 24 November (BelTA) - State Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council Aleksandr Volfovich met with Vietnamese Minister of Public Security To Lam in Minsk on 24 November, BelTA has learned.
The parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation in security, noting its positive dynamics in all areas. The parties expressed interest in developing mutually beneficial cooperation between Belarus and Vietnam and outlined the promising areas of cooperation.
Following the meeting, the State Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed a memorandum of cooperation in security.
