MINSK, 7 December (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikalai Barysevich met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sri Lanka Janitha Abewickrema Liyanage on 7 December, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
During the meeting the head of the Sri Lankan diplomatic mission presented copies of credentials.
Mikalai Barysevich and Janitha Abewickrema Liyanage discussed prospects of invigorating Belarus-Sri Lanka cooperation in specific areas and coordinated approaches to joint efforts meant to enhance the bilateral relations.
