MINSK, 21 November (BelTA) – The session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus-Russia Union State will be held on 12 December. The preparations for the event were discussed by Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin and State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev on 21 November, BelTA has learned.
“State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin held a meeting with State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev to discuss preparations for the Union State Parliamentary Assembly meeting scheduled for 12 December,” the press service of the lower house of the Russian parliament said following the meeting.
“The 67th session of the Parliamentary Assembly will discuss the budget of the Union State for the coming year,” the press service added.
